Emergency puppy acting funny?

my 3 month old cockerspaniel was fine all day but around 6:30pm i noticed she started acting weird . she was real sleepy which is noy like her because she loves to run around and bite but now shes like real weak she dunt want to bite , play , sit or stand she just wants to sleep . also her whole butt area is all wet like she peed on herself laying down !?! she went poo-poo 2day hard and has not had diareah or vommitting her gums are pink but her nose is dry . she ate some bisquits but will not get up 2 eat or drink i have to bring it to her . and she is an indoor puppy so she did not get into any chemicals i did take her outside for like 5 minutes to try to potty train her but brung her in so i no she did not get cold besides we live in fl . has this happen to any one wut do i do . i dont qualify for care credit and dont have the money to take her to the vet . and dunt got no 1 2 ask . %26amp; dunt get $ till friday plz n.e advise

I hope she has had all her shot and has been wormed. if not she may have parvo. i would get her to the vet soon. she may die....
