What do you think about HP Customer Care?

AC Adapter from my Laptop was damaged and I take a contact to HP in US. They are not delivering any products to overseas APO Adress. So I give my friends address in US and pay with my German Credit Card and wait. Than answer from HP they can%26#039;t accept my German Credit Card and so my order was cancelled. I%26#039;m from the US Army and right now overseas and I buy this Laptop at the PX here.

So what are you thinking about it, was my German Credit Card not good enough for HP? Is the Company so good and making so much money, they don%26#039;t need my money?

What do you think about HP Customer Care?

HP should check out their customer care team! Germany is an advanced country of the world and therefore any credit card from there should be authentic and accepted worldwide. I am using an HP digital camera (bought in Toronto) and which has also not function well to my utmost demand. Even if they are making much money, should HP allow their customer relations network (and perhaps their products) to deteriorate??? A check up is necessary.

i tried to have them troubleshoot a problem with my laptop and all they could tell me is that the warranty expired a week ago and to send them 10 dollars for the windows back-up disc. they were no help at all. i already had the back up cd, it came with the laptop, they should have known this. no help from them.

I love them. I had a problem with my notebook, they fixed it within 10 minutes, and it was a bad problem.

I like them but I guess we all have the right to have opinions.
