No, they only care about how you did in those classes. GPA and GRE scores are much more important than the time it took for you to complete the undergrad degree.
Keep in mind that recommended course load touted by universities is just a way to get students to graduate faster so they can enroll more students without making campus congestion worse.
Good idea going to grad school, ride out the bad economy on campus. ;)

proably not, they just look at your GPA.
Letters of recomendation would help, get a few and send out photocopies.
