Waht can I do in order to take care of the few one by one....?

I have run a credit chek on myself and I see some judgments. The listings of judgemnents are not accurate.?

I recommend that you contact an attorney who does specialize in challenging erors on crest reports.

Although attorneys who specialize in this field can be hard to find, you can often get a referral to one from an attorney who specializes in real estate law.

My experience with credit reports is that they are usually loaded with errors.

The credit bureaus only seem to respond to threats from attorneys.

Do not hire one of these people who advertise that they do credit repair unless they are an attorney licensed to practice law. Many of these credit repair people are scam artists. If you are lucky, they will only take your money and run. If you are not so lucky they will do even more damage to your credit report..

I have run a credit chek on myself and I see some judgments. The listings of judgemnents are not accurate.?

Check the credit bureaus%26#039; websites. There you will find dispute procedures for inaccurate information.

I have run a credit chek on myself and I see some judgments. The listings of judgemnents are not accurate.?

send a letter by registered mail to the credit bureau reporting the judgement and let hem know it is not acurate also look on the web in %26quot;office of the clerk of courts%26quot; and find out if there was a judgement against you? its relly simple just use yahoo search and place the name of your county and public records office of the clerk of courts

the letter has to be certified with delivery notification or they will not act on it

you can spend 5 hours on the phone and still have nothing done. there are companies with a fleet of lawyers that will take care of everything for you a lot of information is in accurate and with them taken off can actually improve your credit greatly

You can contest the judgments with a letter. Or even on line for that matter. Go to freecreditreport.com .

I have run a credit chek on myself and I see some judgments. The listings of judgemnents are not accurate.?

You should be able to fix this w/o the use of a lawyer. The judgments all have the case number listed on them, which includes (part of the number) the court house where the records are kept.

It costs about 10 cents a page to obtain a copy of the judgment. If they really are not yours you can submit the actual judgment to the credit agencies to prove they are attached to you in error.

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

where do i begin, my husband handled all of the financial stuff? i also just started my first job? but financially were do i begin to take care of myself?

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

There is a falacy out there that you need debt. It%26#039;s not true. You need a savings record more than you need debt. First thing to do is take care of any outstanding debts if you can. If you can%26#039;t, then don%26#039;t dispair. Just start paying something every month - even if it%26#039;s only ten dollars on the debt. If there%26#039;s serious trouble with collectors phoning there are plenty ways to stop this - drop me an email if you need to.

Once you have started saving something, then you can look at credit cards etc., but the truth is, you are better off without them for a while. If you can get a year or so out of your marriage and remain debt free, you%26#039;re laughing. Take it a day at a time, and you%26#039;ll be fine.

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

get a secured credit card with a small limit... You may be able to get a non secured card, but the interest rate and fees would be through the roof

Go to www.debtproofliving.com and sign up for a year. There is tons of support and there are many articles, etc. that will help you get started and figure things out.

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

Best way is to build your own credit by opening a bank account with say $500.00. Next every payday put $25.00 in and don%26#039;t touch it for at least two years. This money can be used as collateral after that. Good luck.

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

Take out loans on things, if you have no credit you%26#039;ll probably have to pay a higher interest rate but if you aren%26#039;t late it will help you increase you credit value! Be careful and don%26#039;t over load yourself! Good Luck! Congrats on your new found freedom!!!

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

Most young people think they need to establish credit fast, so they start accumulating lots of credit card debt. I myself have a 2 credit cards, One of the cards is for hotel reservation and emergency. The other card is a gas card, Both these cards are paid in full when ever I charge on it. This is good enough to establish your credit. Just remember, don%26#039;t live beyond your means, remember this and you will be OK.

How do i rebuild my credit after a divorce?

I found some good info here.

I don't care what you'all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

Yesterday, I managed to run out of gas. Walking along the highway to the gas station I found a womans pocket-book (purse) with all her info in it and credit cards, etc... So, I did what any good American would do... I picked it up, nosed through it, and then brought it on home with me and called the police to turn it in. Well well well, did I hear it from neighbors and friends. Telling me I should have left it there and telling me that I shouldn%26#039;t have got involved. Telling me the state is going to accuse me of stealing it, etc... What do you think? Shouldn%26#039;t people still try to help each other and do the right thing? I refuse to give up on this world just yet!

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

You did the right thing..you did the golden rule...what you would wish be done unto you if it would have been you who lost it.

Often the thief takes the money and throws away the rest. I think the police know this. The person would still like the other things back even if the money was taken.

Doing the right thing is planting a seed that brings a harvest of having a good character and self esteem.

By doing the right thing like you did, you are being kind to others and yourself. When I have had people return things, it make me feel very grateful.

Your friends and family seem kind of selfish and paranoid. Good people are still here...look to any disaster and you will see them show up, for example..

Be true to the values you were taught and that you absorbed as they are good ones..

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

you%26#039;re welcome..the world need good people and also compassionate ones Report It

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

what?how could they accuse you of stealing?you did the right thing

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

You nosed through it!? What an unethical thing to do.

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

you did the right thing

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

yea nice one but as long as all ther shi* is still in the purse why would u still be accused

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

Keep it up! Is because of people like you that this world is not completely screwed up...

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

KUDOS.Don%26#039;t change,we need more people like you.

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

Exactly sometimes you can%26#039;t do right for wrong! I too would have picked it up and handed it in, that IS the right thing in my opinion...Just stick to your own values and don%26#039;t be roped in by those who think they know best...It%26#039;s a worry though as one day we are going to be in the minority! i%26#039;ve noticed that some people give you strange looks if u offer to help them out, as though there is an ulterior motive for being kind..what%26#039;s that saying...it%26#039;s every man for himself? How sad that is....

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

I don%26#039;t think the state is going to accuse you of stealing it

your neighbor and friends are a bunch of selfish

you done what you suppose to do

I will do the same..

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

If it is the right situation, I will help someone - if it is obvious to witnesses that I am being a good Samaritan. The other day, I was in a checkout lane at the supermarket when the guy in front of me unknowingly dropped his $10 bill. I picked it up and gave it back to him.

For me, it depends on where I find it. I need witnesses. I have to know what I%26#039;m doing. This wil not be a popular answer, but I would probably leave the purse or wallet alone and not get involved. I am more paranoid than most people.

This is a situation where you have to go with your instinct and know what you%26#039;re doing. Have the best possible witnesses and be as honest as humanly possible. Always be ready to show them your valid ID.

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

Maybe you did the right thing the wrong way. Your innocent and good-faith action could have implicated and entangled you. Next time, you should not take it home. Just call the police or the owner(if his/her phone no. is shown in the documents) from a public booth. Continue to help people, but do it safely.

I don%26#039;t care what you%26#039;all say! This world aint gonna get me down!?

I completely agree! The world needs a little more people like you around! What you could also have done is just drive over to the person%26#039;s house (if they%26#039;re not too far away), after you got your gas of course LOL, and given it to the poor woman LOL you%26#039;d probably get the biggest look of happiness ever. I know I%26#039;d be happy if someone came to my house and gave me my purse that I%26#039;d lost

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

Hello, Id like to buy a home in the Atlanta area, and I have about 100K to put down on a home. I know this will help, but will it seal the deal? My wife passed and the home that we already own, it was in her name and left to me. I currently have a mortgage of 2800.00 a month through countrywide, and Id like to sale this home or rent it out. Since our home was in her name, is there anyway to get it in my name , or can i sale it even though its in her name? I know i cant get approved for a mortgage, and I have no job either my wife took care of us she financially set. I will be getting lots of money montly from her passing, and I will be making about 100K a year. How can I get this home sold and move to GA and buy a home? Im looking in the 250K range. Also has anyone ever heard of a bridge loan and how it works?

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

Probate will transfer the title of the home for you and settle the estate. (Estate taxes are only for estates worth more than $3 million for 2006.)

If your wife filed your taxes for you (as married joint), there%26#039;s no problem there, you just have to start doing it now for yourself.

If you can demonstrate your income as reliable, getting a loan shouldn%26#039;t be a problem, either. In fact, you sound like you%26#039;re in a position to shop around.

(If it were me, I%26#039;d never rent to anyone. Hell will freeze over before I ever let someone I don%26#039;t know into my home paying rent unless I%26#039;m living right there with them. Current laws are mostly on the side of renters and you bear all the risks of property damage. A $10,000 damage deposit sometimes isn%26#039;t enough for the things people do to your house.)

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

You cant sell a home that is not in your name. You%26#039;ll have to wait until it is probated and %26#039;given%26#039; to you. Then you can sell it.

What you%26#039;ll need when you move is to get a no-income verification loan---but with bad credit, this will be very hard...so get a good mortgage broker and see if they can find something that will work for you. otherwise you%26#039;ll have to rent to get your credit score up.

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

If you have no credit, but your income of $100K can be verified (life insurance or something?), it can be used as income. No credit is usually ok with a 40% down payment. You might even find a private lender, but I wouldn%26#039;t recommend it, as the foreclosure process is not good for you as the buyer.

A bridge loan is something that would pay off your current home, give you whatever equity is available up to 80% of that home%26#039;s value, and removes the payment from qualifying, since the bank will pre-pay itself 6-12 months of payments (anything unused you get back, with your remaining equity, when the home finally sells). You%26#039;ll probably not qualify for one with your situation, as they are much riskier loans. But they are used to help someone buy a home before selling their old one. And they rarely get used, because few can qualify for them, or have enough equity for them to be available.

Get your credit fixed 1st. the site below will help you. Then everything else is easy. You can go %26quot;Stated%26quot; with little documents needed for the Loan. Hope this helps get you started.

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

Money down helps tremendously. Yes, you should be able to get a home loan - call me to get help if you need someone, look me up at www.fnmshome.com

You don%26#039;t need a job, if you have income, you have income that can be used in most cases. The large down payment almost ensures approval, but if you go deeper, you probably will get better terms.

if the house was left to you, as soon as the estate is probated, you can sell it, sometimes sooner, depending on which state you live in right now and how title was held.

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

First off, a bridge loan is when you pull out money on your current home to purchase the next home. This is an additional loan. you probably won%26#039;t qualify if you don%26#039;t have a job or income. Also, if the home isn%26#039;t in your name, you can%26#039;t take a loan on it.

You said that your wife left you the home you%26#039;re in now. If that%26#039;s the case, the home should be in your name. If she didn%26#039;t leave the home to you, or if it%26#039;s still in probate, the estate will be paying the mortgage, and they can/will decide whether or not to sell the property.

Good luck - you might want to see an attorney on this.

I want to buy a home. I have no credit/bad credit, have not filed taxes in years, but I have money?

As a full time Realtor there are some things you can do. Selling your current home will be diffucult if she had no will naming you executor, consult aReal Estate Attorney.

Does he really care...?

About 5 years ago, my fiance decided to buy a boat with his dad and brother and didn%26#039;t even ask my input . Well, his dad was supposed to pay a month, brother a month, and him a month. The loan for this boat was taken out for 8 years. Well, his brother never paid anything, so it went every other month between his dad and him. His dad decided he couldn%26#039;t pay anymore, so we decided that it should be sold so we can have more money to do the things we want to do sooner which are trying to sell our house so we can get our debt paid off, build a house after the credit cards and loans are paid off, get married and have kids. We went down to his parent%26#039;s house and they got the boat out to clean it up for sale. I was inside talking to his mom and his dad comes in and says that my Fiance is not going to sell the boat and he will pay every other month with his brother (the one that was supposed to pay on it from the beginning but never paid anything) He didn%26#039;t even ask me!! What should I do?

Does he really care...?

Sounds like your fiance can%26#039;t stand up to his family. I know that feeling. Tell him that you won%26#039;t marry hi m until HE pays off his debt. My husband did the same thing with a flag pole. His dad wanted it, so they put it up ..a huge 20 ft flag pole. It was horrible and I hated it. When we moved and bought another house, his dad bought another damn flag pole and brought it over. I told him NO F****ing flag pole!!! and wouldn%26#039;t you know it, when I came home, there it was,cemented in the ground. No balls. Couldn%26#039;t stand up to his dad over a freaking flag pole. I still resent him for it.

Does he really care...?

Why wait on everything to be in order before getting married if you are living with him?? Finances, bills, debt is always gonna come around. If he makes you his wife, then you have more say in these things. Just think about it!

Does he really care...?

mixing business with family is always risky....and frnakly should be avoided. There are too many presumptions made by the parties. Based on the past exprience, I would sell the boat and cut off any financial ties. Saving your credit rating is the most important thing right now. Especially if you are looking to buy a home, car, etc.

Its the sad truth. Once bitten, twice....you%26#039;re a fool.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

Where in the constitution is the government given such power? Since the government only has power that is specifically granted to it in that document, it would have to be there.

I imagine it would be somewhere in Article I. Here is a list of powers given to Congress:

Section 8. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;

To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

There is no Constitutional authorization for health care--or as another noted--the other social programs.

Someone who would know a great deal about what the Founders meant is Thomas Jefferson:

%26quot;Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated.%26quot;

In 1828, not that long after the founding, South Carolina Senator William Drayton asked this excellent question:

%26quot;If Congress can determine what constitutes the general welfare and can appropriate money for its advancement, where is the limitation to carrying into execution whatever can be effected by money?%26quot; (閳ユ翻he Unconstitutional Congress,閳?hoover.org)

Once this nonsense starts, it never stops. And it is nonsense because prior to FDR%26#039;s explosive growth in government, Americans were not just ignoring one another or dropping dead with no one caring. The FACT is that Americans have ALWAYS hands down won the title of the world%26#039;s most generous people--for foreign and domestic charity, for money given, as well as time and resources. At last there is a wonderful book that documents what de Tocqueville had been so astonished by when he visited the US. It%26#039;s Arthur C. Brooks%26#039; Who Really Cares?

America has always been, without any serious competition, the most charitable nation.

Our current health care system is in need of massive reform. We frankly should not even have Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP, etc. However, as people are not ready to handle the idea of those programs going, I have come across a plan that would work (if politicians and lobbyists would allow it to be enacted). It%26#039;s free-market. No coercion. No dependence on employers to pay for it.

It provides catastrophic coverage, the only TRUE insurance (right now with too many people getting all their little silly office visits covered, we have people who are insured GOING BANKRUPT OVER MEDICAL BILLS--more than half of all bankruptcies are over medical expenses AND most of those folks ARE insured.) In addition to the catastrophic coverage, this proposed plan allows for one physical with follow-up visit per year with reasonable co-pays. That means preventive medicine can be practiced, people can get their vaccinations, review any meds they have, etc. for a reasonable charge. Also IF NEEDED one ER visit with a small co-pay would be covered. But better than that, for the genuinely ill:

no more donut-hole idiocy on meds. IF the med is medically necessary (heart meds, pain meds, chemo) it would be covered--but non-essentials like fertility drugs and ED drugs people would pay for out of pocket or buy an additional policy for.

no more ludicrous caps on needed procedures. Now many policies claim they cover things like a BMT, bone marrow transplant. The small catch--the PATIENT has to come up with $50K or more to pay for it because it%26#039;s capped at a ridiculously small figure.

In other parts of the book how to increase the number of doctors, nurses, etc. without bankrupting such students, etc. is all addressed (read the whole book). In the plan part you can see for free, however, how to FUND this without jacking up our taxes is explained and in doing it that way, another abuse is resolved.

http://www.booklocker.com/books/3068.htm...

So we don%26#039;t have to continue the unconstitutional path to bankruptcy. (BTW, the author desires that plan be transitioned fully to the private sector over the course of about 30 years. Also has a proposal for ending the charade of Social Security, well on its way to bankruptcy, etc. The book is radical, as in root, as in the type of government the Founder%26#039;s actually envisioned.) Oh, the title is Save America, Save the World and it%26#039;s by Cassandra Nathan. It%26#039;s also at Amazon.com where it%26#039;s searchable, but you don%26#039;t get that nice excerpt you can read.

AND here%26#039;s another scary development in the health care and money linkage:

http://www.businessweek.com/bwdaily/dnfl...

The current system is so broken and it%26#039;s taking down the most vulnerable while some undeserving individuals make out like bandits.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

Despite the length of your question... the answer is simply, %26quot;No, Universal Heath Care is not granted by the Constitution.%26quot;

{edit} I%26#039;m sure that it is hand written in the Clinton%26#039;s personal copy of the Constitution.

{edit} I find it amusing that people actually quote part of the %26quot;preamble%26quot; of the constitution to be part of the powers vested to Congress. %26quot;We the people%26quot;.... Provide for our welfare.... not Congress.

I find it even more hilarious that someone is actually quoting the Declaration of Independence as a source for Constitutional authority for Congress to estabilish socialized medicine.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

It%26#039;s not constitutional. I%26#039;m right there with you, brother!

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

It is not constitutional. However, I am sure that Marx would be a huge supporter of nationalized health care.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

Nope..not constitutional...not a right...

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

Actually, none of the government social programs have a constitutional basis.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

You already wrote it, promote the general welfare. I would say ensuring the health of this nations citizens is promoting the general welfare.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

duh life liberty pursuit of happiness kind of hard when ur dying

and the money that u payed in taxes to save u is going to haliburton instead

general welfare of the United States;

To promote the progress of science

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

Provide for the common defense and GENERAL WELFARE of the United States. If health care is not welfare of the united states I don%26#039;t know what is.

Speaking of the constitution how about the income tax, the federal reserve act, the patriot act and paying private mercenaries such as blackwater.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

No, it isn%26#039;t in the Constitution. There are many things that we now have that are not mentioned in the Constitution. The Constitution was strictly for the preservation of the Union. I would imagine that at the time that it was written, by wealthy men, that there was little concern for the welfare of the general population. They could well afford to take care of themselves so little thought was given to those who were less fortunate. Thank goodness we don%26#039;t live strictly by the Constitution in our everyday lives, many of us would not be here if we had not elected men who did consider the welfare of the rest of society.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

I do find it quite amazing that people quote the Declaration of Independence as part of the Constitution. Now for the Constitution the preamble does say Provide for the General Welfare. Not only is it the Constitutional thing to do, not only is is the Christian thing to do, but it is the right thing to do.

Is Universal Health Care Constitutional?

Yes. there is a giant loophole in the constitution. It%26#039;s called the %26quot;general welfare clause%26quot;
