Try asking your vet to take payments or try and find one that will. There is no one who provides money for vet care that I know of.

If all else fails see if you can find a shelter that will take him and get him well. It would mean surrendering him, but it may save his life.

I am sorry i know what your going through please don%26#039;t let him/her suffer we let our dog suffer for to long as we did not want to let him go but we were only thinking of ourselves.
